I grew up surfing in Carlsbad, California, where my love for sustainability started early. From beach cleanups to volunteering with local environmental groups to planting my own garden, I’ve always been driven to protect our planet. That passion led me to study Sustainable Design at UC Berkeley, where my ideas began to take shape—and Sustainable Shane was born.

Today, I’m based in San Diego, helping companies reduce their environmental impact while creating meaningful change. When I’m not consulting companies or in the garden, you’ll find me working on my next homestead project! Through Sustainable Shane, I aim to inspire practical, everyday sustainability and show that living a healthier, eco-friendly lifestyle is both fun and rewarding.
